šŸ¦ā€ā¬›1.30 Luxelakes: What You Don’t Expect from a Community Project— Budget Reporting, Insurance, and More

Leading a community project didn’t just build leadership and confidence—I also gained several practical skills.

For example, I learned how to purchase insurance for team members and how to write official progress summaries. Recently, I also began my budget reporting.

I had left many receipts unprocessed for months. Since I can’t really move and there are no events or work during the Spring Festival, I finally used the time to submit them. Once the foundation resumes office operations, they’ll be able to reimburse me.

Running a project involves way more procedures than expected. Definitely more workload than I anticipated.
