🐎1.16 Leg Fractured After Horse Fall: No Riding for a Year????

Due to the cold winter weather probably, I may not have warmed up properly. My joints were stiff.
The horse suddenly lost control, and I fell. Normally, this might cause swelling. This time, it resulted in a fracture. The doctor said I won’t be able to walk for about one month. They also recommended I avoid horseback riding for 6 months to a year. I am unsure how much progress I will lose during this time. I feel very discouraged and depressed 😭
