The first quarter of funding concluded. Participated in final evaluation. Evaluation criteria included:
Project implementation vs. original plan
Financial management
Completion of project goals
Growth of project leader and team
Problem-solving and issue tracking
Planning for the upcoming year
Evaluation passed successfully.

9 events organized
Total attendance: 115 families
Total families in participant group: 300+
Coverage: ~10% of households in the local community
Age range of participants: 6 to 50+
Team Growth:
Multiple team members reported that nature observation has become part of daily life
Stronger team coordination and self-driven motivation
Personal Development Highlights:
Improved planning and execution skills
Role shift: from participant to project driver
Future projects will be more structured and goal-oriented
