🐼 3.30 Panda Base SE: First Day Volunteering after a while

The panda base is so huge! I’m pushing a cart up and down hills, and at lunchtime, I still have to head over to the new cafeteria (up on a hill too). A full day of volunteering feels like a 10-kilometer weighted trek, especially with the 34°C heat. It’s been a while since I last came here, and today on the bus, I managed to review a lot of knowledge by reading our booklet. Even though I’m super tired, hot, and thirsty, I’m also really happy. I’ve gone through so many rounds of practice, and the more familiar I get with everything, the more accomplished I feel. I love this place! It feels just like going back to a brick-and-mortar school.
