Hosting events involves logistical burdens. Even on the final day of 2024, I’m still here collecting participants’ ID numbers and phone numbers to purchase insurance. The deadline for buying’s strict too. Insurance had to be purchased before 00:00 to be valid for that day. I nearly forgot again.

This type of insurance transfers liability. If a participant is injured (e.g., fractures a leg), the foundation is not held responsible.
